Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
This is an excellent question, and we take it very seriously.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can easily access your receipt in two ways: 1) Log in to your account, navigate to "Order History," select the relevant order, and click "Download Receipt" to get the electronic version. 2) A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is confirmed.
How can I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a fair and hygienic experience for all our customers, we have a straightforward return policy.

Unused & Unopened: The item must be in its original, sealed packaging and show no signs of use.
Original Condition: All original tags and protective covers must be intact.
