Due to its natural herbal properties, minor differences in shape or leaf texture may exist between batches, but the core quality, nutrients, and features are exactly as shown. You can easily access your receipt in two ways: 1) Log in to your account, navigate to "Order History," select the relevant order, and click "Download Receipt" to get the electronic version. 2) A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is confirmed.
We comply with EU 14-day cooling-off period regulations. To return: 1) Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return request. 2) Pack the item in its original undamaged packaging with the return label attached. 3) We’ll arrange refund or replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
